做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料(liào ),武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝(cháng )。
