人(rén )才(cái )队伍建设是提升托育服务(wù )质量的(de )保(bǎo )障。面(miàn )对当(dāng )前托育专业人(rén )才短缺(quē )这一瓶颈,长沙(shā )师(shī )范(fàn )学(xué )院学前教(jiāo )育学(xué )院院长(zhǎng )张晓辉建议,从教(jiāo )师专业(yè )标准体系建设出发,将(jiāng )托(tuō )育(yù )机构师资纳入(rù )其(qí )中,提高托(tuō )育服(fú )务专(zhuān )业化(huà )水(shuǐ )平;从(cóng )学历提升和专(zhuān )业成长考虑,拓(tuò )宽(kuān )专业(yè )人员发展路径,增强(qiáng )托(tuō )育机构从(cóng )业人(rén )员对(duì )职(zhí )业的归(guī )属(shǔ )感、荣誉感。
