人才队伍建设是(shì )提升(shēng )托育(yù )服(fú )务质量的(de )保(bǎo )障。面对当前托育(yù )专(zhuān )业(yè )人才短缺(quē )这(zhè )一瓶颈,长(zhǎng )沙师范(fàn )学院(yuàn )学前教(jiāo )育学院院长(zhǎng )张晓辉(huī )建议,从教师(shī )专业标准体系(xì )建设出(chū )发,将(jiāng )托育机构师资(zī )纳(nà )入(rù )其(qí )中,提高托(tuō )育服务(wù )专(zhuān )业化水(shuǐ )平;从(cóng )学(xué )历提升和(hé )专业成长考虑,拓(tuò )宽专(zhuān )业人(rén )员发展路径,增(zēng )强托育机(jī )构从(cóng )业人员(yuán )对职业的归属感(gǎn )、荣誉感。
