人才(cái )队(duì )伍建(jiàn )设(shè )是(shì )提升托育(yù )服务质(zhì )量的保障。面(miàn )对当前托育专业(yè )人才短缺这一瓶颈,长(zhǎng )沙(shā )师范(fàn )学(xué )院学(xué )前教(jiāo )育(yù )学院(yuàn )院长张晓(xiǎo )辉(huī )建议,从教师专业标(biāo )准体(tǐ )系建设(shè )出发(fā ),将(jiāng )托育(yù )机构(gòu )师资纳入(rù )其(qí )中,提高托育服(fú )务专业化水平;从学历提升和专业(yè )成长(zhǎng )考虑,拓宽专业人员发展路径(jìng ),增强托(tuō )育机(jī )构(gòu )从(cóng )业(yè )人(rén )员(yuán )对职业的归属感(gǎn )、荣誉(yù )感。
