人才队伍建设(shè )是(shì )提升托(tuō )育服务质量的保障。面(miàn )对(duì )当(dāng )前托育(yù )专业(yè )人才(cái )短(duǎn )缺(quē )这一瓶颈,长(zhǎng )沙师范学院学前教育学(xué )院(yuàn )院(yuàn )长(zhǎng )张晓辉(huī )建议,从(cóng )教师专业(yè )标准(zhǔn )体(tǐ )系建设出发,将托(tuō )育机构师资(zī )纳入其(qí )中,提(tí )高托(tuō )育服务专(zhuān )业(yè )化水平(píng );从学历提升(shēng )和(hé )专业成(chéng )长考虑,拓宽专业人员发(fā )展路径,增(zēng )强托育机构从业(yè )人员对职(zhí )业的归属感、荣誉(yù )感(gǎn )。
