人才队伍建设是提(tí )升(shēng )托育服务(wù )质(zhì )量的保(bǎo )障(zhàng )。面(miàn )对当前托育专(zhuān )业(yè )人才短(duǎn )缺(quē )这一(yī )瓶颈,长沙(shā )师范学院学前教育学(xué )院(yuàn )院长(zhǎng )张晓辉(huī )建议(yì ),从教师专业(yè )标(biāo )准(zhǔn )体系建(jiàn )设(shè )出发,将托(tuō )育(yù )机(jī )构师资纳入其中,提高托育服(fú )务专业(yè )化(huà )水平;从学历提(tí )升(shēng )和专(zhuān )业成长考(kǎo )虑,拓(tuò )宽专业人员发展路(lù )径,增强托(tuō )育机(jī )构从业人员(yuán )对职业的归属感、荣(róng )誉感。
