在这(zhè )个时节(jiē )该如何(hé )调理养(yǎng )生?宋(sòng )曙(shǔ )霞认为,在饮食上可多吃有芬芳气味的蔬(shū )菜,如韭菜(cài )、香菜、葱、蒜、荠菜(cài )、香椿(chūn )等(děng ),以(yǐ )疏肝(gān )柔(róu )肝(gān )。另外,俗语(yǔ )称“春(chūn )日吃春芽”,也就是(shì )说(shuō )这个(gè )季节(jiē )可吃(chī )鲜绿的嫩芽,比(bǐ )如(rú )豆(dòu )芽、蒜苗、豆(dòu )苗、莴苣等(děng ),禁食(shí )或少(shǎo )食辛辣刺激(jī )食物,以免肝(gān )火上炎。
