人才队伍(wǔ )建(jiàn )设是提升托(tuō )育(yù )服务质量的保(bǎo )障。面对当前(qián )托育专业(yè )人才短(duǎn )缺这一(yī )瓶颈(jǐng ),长(zhǎng )沙(shā )师(shī )范学(xué )院学前教育学(xué )院(yuàn )院(yuàn )长(zhǎng )张晓辉建议,从(cóng )教师(shī )专业标准体系建(jiàn )设出发,将(jiāng )托育(yù )机(jī )构师(shī )资纳(nà )入其中(zhōng ),提高托育服(fú )务专(zhuān )业化水(shuǐ )平;从学历提升和(hé )专业成长考虑,拓(tuò )宽专业人员发(fā )展路径(jìng ),增强(qiáng )托育机(jī )构从业(yè )人员(yuán )对职业的归(guī )属感、荣(róng )誉感(gǎn )。
