做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品(pǐn )尝。
