在这(zhè )个时节该(gāi )如何调理养(yǎng )生?宋曙霞(xiá )认为,在(zài )饮(yǐn )食上(shàng )可多(duō )吃(chī )有芬芳气味的蔬菜,如韭(jiǔ )菜、香(xiāng )菜、葱(cōng )、蒜、荠菜、香(xiāng )椿(chūn )等,以(yǐ )疏肝(gān )柔(róu )肝(gān )。另(lìng )外(wài ),俗语称“春日吃春芽”,也就(jiù )是说这(zhè )个季节可吃(chī )鲜绿的嫩芽,比如(rú )豆(dòu )芽(yá )、蒜(suàn )苗、豆(dòu )苗、莴苣等,禁食或少(shǎo )食(shí )辛(xīn )辣刺激食物,以(yǐ )免肝火(huǒ )上炎。
