在(zài )这个时节(jiē )该如何(hé )调理养生?宋(sòng )曙霞认为(wéi ),在(zài )饮食(shí )上可多(duō )吃有芬芳气(qì )味的蔬(shū )菜,如韭(jiǔ )菜、香菜、葱、蒜、荠菜(cài )、香椿等(děng ),以疏肝柔肝(gān )。另外,俗语称“春(chūn )日吃(chī )春芽(yá )”,也就是(shì )说这个季节可(kě )吃鲜(xiān )绿的嫩芽(yá ),比如豆芽、蒜苗、豆苗、莴苣(jù )等,禁食(shí )或少食(shí )辛(xīn )辣刺激(jī )食物,以免肝(gān )火上(shàng )炎。
