在这(zhè )个(gè )时(shí )节该如何调理养生?宋(sòng )曙(shǔ )霞(xiá )认为,在(zài )饮(yǐn )食上(shàng )可多(duō )吃有(yǒu )芬芳(fāng )气味的(de )蔬(shū )菜,如韭(jiǔ )菜、香菜(cài )、葱、蒜、荠(qí )菜、香椿(chūn )等,以疏(shū )肝(gān )柔肝。另外(wài ),俗语称“春日吃春芽”,也就是说这个季节可吃鲜(xiān )绿(lǜ )的嫩(nèn )芽,比如豆芽、蒜苗、豆苗(miáo )、莴苣等,禁食或(huò )少(shǎo )食(shí )辛(xīn )辣(là )刺激(jī )食(shí )物,以免肝火上炎(yán )。
